Hello!  We are so excited you would like to be part of our professional association, representing the real estate agents, appraisers and affiliate members of Whitman County and beyond!  Did you know the National Association of REALTORS® is the largest professional association in the world?  When you become a member of the WCAR you also become a member to the State and National associations.  Additionally, WCAR also provides PACMLS access and Supra to licensed agents and appraisers as a member service.

REALTOR® Membership has countless services and benefits attached to it!  The value in being a member is priceless because it connects you to your clients, helps you build your business, and ensures you have the tools required to excel in the real estate industry.  REALTOR® membership is available once the agent or appraiser has an active license at a local brokerage or appraisal company.  The company must already be set up as a REALTOR® office in order to pursue WCAR membership. We are happy to provide all the details pertaining to set up fees, REALTOR dues, and the necessary paperwork.  Please contact our office at 509-783-2184.

Affiliate Membership is available to all others with an interest in the real estate industry, but are not real estate licensees. We currently have Affiliates that are Appraisers, Lenders, Inspectors, Insurance Agents, Developers and Title Companies. Others will be considered.  Affiliate membership helps you boost your business by getting your name and brand out there to our members.  You will be informed of association events and networking opportunities.

MLS Only subscriber:  We can also provide MLS access to licensed REALTORS® around the state for a monthly subscription fee.  Access can be cancelled at any time and there are no REALTOR® dues involved.  If you are interested in gaining access to the PACMLS, please call our association office for more details at 509-783-2184.  If your office is not already a Subscriber, please contact our office to obtain details on how to apply.
