WCAR is proud to announce this year’s scholarship winner Katherine Tate! 
A senior graduating with honors from Colfax High, Katherine will attend WSU to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental and Ecosystem Science. She hopes to give back to her community with her degree by working towards preventing various contaminants from affecting our environment and reducing our footprint.

After a two-year hiatus, Family Fun Day is back!
Join us at Klemgard Park for a day of family fun that will include a complimentary catered lunch and sweet treats! WCAR has reserved the largest shelter at the park, so bring your family for some food, fresh air, and fun! Also, for the adults, it is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages)!!
