- I met with Cathy Schaeffer, Deputy District for Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers.
-
The Congresswoman would like to receive the NAR On Common Ground publication at her Walla Walla and her Washington DC addresses.
-
Cathy Schaeffer will notify me the next time the Congresswoman will be in Pullman. She will coordinate a meeting with the WCAR and the Congresswoman to discuss topics of interest of the Association and also for a legislative update.
-
I gave a brief overview of the Whitman County real estate market. We discussed issues that are impacting communities and clients such as water and well rights, quality of city infrastructure, tax legislation, green infrastructure options for cities and home builders, availability of Government Community Block Grants for community infrastructure improvement and development and affordable housing.

A few words from the NAR President Tom Salomone
Your Vote is Your Voice |
Election Day is just days away, and we are inundated with radio, television and internet advertisements, each telling us to vote for this candidate or against that issue. What these commercials don’t tell you is that your political beliefs don’t mean anything if you don’t exercise your right to vote. That is why we are asking all REALTORS® to register to vote today. It’s quick and easy. |
You are eligible to vote in WA if you:
- Are an US citizen
- Are a Washington resident
- Have a valid WA drivers license number or a WA ID.
Go to: http://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/myvote/olvr.html to register online.
For Idaho residents go to http://www.dmv.org/id-idaho/voter-registration.phpfor more information.
Thank you,
Kat
